Payment

You can pay in the following ways:

• Use VISA / Mastercard  when ordering
• Cash upon receipt of goods at the " New Mail "

Shipping

• throughout Ukraine to the "Nova Poshta" branch from 1 to 3 working days (available goods in stock in Ukraine);
• throughout Ukraine to the "Nova Poshta" branch from 10 to 15 working days (available goods in stock in Europe);

Calculation of the cost of delivery of goods from Europe

• 4 euros for 1 kilogram of actual weight
• A parcel weighing less than 1 kilogram - 4 Euros
• 2 Euros for 1 kilogram of volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated by employees of the "Nova Poshta" branch

Postpayment - delivery cost according to Nova Poshta tariffs + UAH 20 (fixed amount of money transfer) + 2% of the order amount.

The approximate delivery time of the Order is from 1 to 3 working days. Delivery of some Orders (depending on the selected product) may take up to 5 working days. The terms of delivery of the order are given without taking into account the day of the order and when using the carrier "Nova Poshta" LLC. The carrier will inform the Buyer about the exact delivery time of the Order.

WARNING!

The order is stored in the warehouse of the transport company for no more than 5 working days, after the expiration of this period - it is sent back.

Only the person specified in the transport declaration as the recipient can receive the order.

You must have an identity document with you.

Orders with delivery through Nova Poshta are accepted according to the carrier's schedule. You can find the schedule of the Nova Poshta company on its official website.
